- Suhur is much Worthy
Holy Prophet PBUH highly recommended eating Suhur before a day of fasting. While you might want to skip it to catch some more sleep, always remember that you can take a nap while you are fasting but you will not be able to eat or drink in a day. To make it more easier, set out dry food jars on your dining table before going to bed so that you can quickly eat and go back to bed after Suhur.
- Follow Hazrat Muhammad SAW’s Golden Rule of One-Third
This tip is especially needed to be followed in Ramadan. We should not take more than one-third of food or one-third liquid whenour beloved Prophet PBUH recommends eating as it.
- Walk After Iftaar
Before you go to sleep from exhaustion after iftaar and dinner, make sure you take short walk around your building or around the block. Change of exposure and environment might just wake you up in time to go for next activity that is listed below.
- Pray Taraweeh
Taraweeh is another great tip to remain healthy in the blessed month of Ramadan. It is a wonderful way to build stamina and concentration.
- Take Short Afternoon Nap
Expert says that a siesta of 15-minutes is more than enough to keep us refresh for entire day. Find a quiet spot during lunch hour and set the alarm on your cell phone or watch and take a nap. This can help your body adjust to daily schedule of Ramadan that requires us to wake up early for Suhur.
