People sometimes argue that when a person is dead, he has no contact with this world. and dont consider any person alive.

Do you agree ?

lets read some of the verses of Quran Pak and see

وَلَا تَـقُوْلُوْا لِمَنْ يُّقْتَلُ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ اَمْوَاتٌ ۭ بَلْ اَحْيَاۗءٌ وَّلٰكِنْ لَّا تَشْعُرُوْنَ   ١٥٤؁

اور جو لوگ اللہ کی راہ میں قتل ہو جاتے ہیں تو انہیں مردہ نہ کہو۔ نہیں، وہ تو زندہ ہیں لیکن تم (ان کی زندگی کا) شعور نہیں رکھتے۔

And do not say of those who are slain in the way of Allah, “they are dead.” In fact, they are alive but you do not perceive that life

Surah Baqrah Ayat 154

 

At one more place in Quran pak

 

وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِيْنَ قُتِلُوْا فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ اَمْوَاتًا ۭ بَلْ اَحْيَاۗءٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّھِمْ يُرْزَقُوْنَ    ١٦٩؁ۙ 

فَرِحِيْنَ بِمَآ اٰتٰىھُمُ اللّٰهُ مِنْ فَضْلِھٖ ۙ وَيَسْـتَبْشِرُوْنَ بِالَّذِيْنَ لَمْ يَلْحَقُوْا بِھِمْ مِّنْ خَلْفِھِمْ ۙ اَلَّا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْھِمْ وَلَا ھُمْ يَحْزَنُوْنَ    ١٧٠؁ۘ

اور تو نہ سمجھ ان لوگوں کو جو مارے گئے اللہ کی راہ میں مردے بلکہ وہ زندہ ہیں اپنے رب کے پاس کھاتے پیتے

جو کچھ خدا نے ان کو اپنے فضل سے بخش رکھا ہے اس میں خوش ہیں اور جو لوگ ان سے پیچھے رہ گئے اور (شہید ہو کر) ان میں شامل نہیں ہو سکے ان کی نسبت خوشیاں منا رہے ہیں (قیامت کے دن) ان کو بھی نہ کچھ خوف ہوگا اور نہ وہ غمناک

ہوں گے

 

And reckon not thou those slain in the way of Allah to be dead. Nay, they are alive, and with their Lord, and provided for.

Exulting in that which Allah hath vouchsafed them of His grace. And they rejoice in those who have not yet joined them from behind them, in the thought that unto them no fear shall come, nor shall they grieve.

Surah Al Imran Ayat 169,170

 

 These two verses from two different places of Quran Pak are clearly telling that  those who martyred , gave their lives for Deen e Islam are not dead, and they are being fed by Almighty Allah. when Martyr have this type of respect in Islam, then what about the prophets ? They have more greater status than them. 

When the Ummati /an ordinary soldier of Islam is alive in its grave, then its leader will also be alive in Graves.

 

Now lets have a look on this Hadees Which is taken from Muslim Shareef book number 6 Hadees 268

Hazarat Muhammad S.A.W said :

I visited Hazrat Musa’s Grave, he was offering prayer in his Grave.

 

One more place mentioned  In Mishkawt Shareef page 121 

Hazrat Muhammad SAW said Recite Darood pak on Friday, on that particular day your Darood is delivered to me before you get free from reciting Darood. At the Time Hazrat Abu Zar R.A  said, that After your death from this world, will you be getting Darood in your Grave ? Hazarat Muhammad S.A.W said YES. Because Allah Almighty have restrict the Land to eat the body of prophets. 

So by this we have proof that Prophets are not dead and they are alive in their graves. and they are given food as well to eat.
